CHILD EXCHANGE & VISITS

Ensuring Safe & Secure Visitations & Exchanges

Visitation & Exchange Details

A visitation center is a safe and neutral location for visitation arrangements with children, without direct contact between parents or caregivers and a secure environment in which to conduct parental exchanges. Our facilities are handicapped accessible. Interpreter services are available.

#1

Our mission is to provide a place that is safe and free from violence where children can build and maintain positive relationships with their parents. Individuals can be referred by the court, attorneys, DV advocates, case managers, law enforcement, mediators, community agencies or self-referrals.

#2

Before visits can begin, separate intakes must be completed with both residential and non-residential parties. Intakes are a one-time fee of $25.00 per intake. Intakes are scheduled between the hours of Mon-Thurs 8am-4pm.

#3

After intake is completed visits will be scheduled according to availability of CEVC staff, availability of the CEVC facility, and the availability of residential and non-residential parents. Visits and exchanges are scheduled during evenings and weekends. Costs per visit is based on income. Exchanges are a set fee of $5.00/ per exchange for each parent.

“We are a safe place for parents and children to meet and share time together without conflict.
If we could give children three things it would be to have confidence to always know their self-worth, strength to follow their dreams, & the ability to know how deeply loved they are.” ~Theresa, CEVC Director
